delivery + returns

We post/ship to pretty much anywhere worldwide – and aim to have your stuff packed and sent within 24 hours. All postage is sent via Australia post and postage is calculated by way of the Aussie Post calculator, so as you enter your postcode at checkout, you’ll find out the cost.

In Australia most monkeysee products are sent as a parcel (due to the thickness), and we use Jiffy® padded bags which are suitable for kerbside paper collection and recycling. 

There are two main weight levels up to 500 grams with a fixed price for each, and a scale for goods over 500 grams.

0 – 250 grams, $5.44, includes packing cost *

250 – 500 grams, $7.00, includes packing cost*

For over 500 grams, Australia Post has a scale of its own based on distance, weight to the gram etc, so we’ll leave it to the smart computer to work this out for you.

monkeysee products are generally pretty light, so we reckon you can stack a bit into one order.

International shipping

Like we said, we're happy to send our goodies anywhere. Air Mail shipping will be calculated by Australia Post based plus a small packing cost. 

Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the products you receive from monkeysee, you can simply return them to us for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of ordering. No questions asked! (Although if you have feedback for us, we promise to take it on board). Products can be returned for an exchange or a refund for any reason.

All products must be brand new and supplied with relevant packaging to receive a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your standard postage (we will not cover any express or registered service) directly to your nominated card or bank account. If the postage is not stated on the package, please enclose a receipt for the cost.
